Do you ship internationally? 
Yes we do, at checkout you will see the costs associated with the shipping of your purchase or we may have to advise for larger orders, you can read more on our Delivery and Returns page.

How soon can I expect my order? See our Delivery and Returns page.

Do you have a catalogue? Our website is our catalogue! By signing up to receive our emails you will be first to know about our latest product news, sales and advice. All our customer communications are through email, so we encourage you to sign up. 

Do you offer a gift wrapping service? Yes we do, just let us know when you place the order and what you would like said in the gift card.

I seem to be having technical issues on your website. Can someone help me? Sorry to hear that. Please contact us and we will do our best to help..

How do I know that my order placed online has been received? When you place an order online you will automatically receive an email confirming that it has been received. If you require further assistance please Contact Us.

Can you please tell me the different payment options you have available? You can pay by Mastercard, Visa and direct credit to our New Zealand bank account is available to customers that also have a New Zealand bank account. 

When I submit my credit card information online, how do I know that it is secure? We understand the importance of keeping your personal information safe. To ensure that you feel comfortable at all times we have chosen "Windcave" to support our payment platform.  

Are the prices on your website the same as prices in your stockists? Yes. The prices displayed are in $NZ and approximately the same whether purchased in a store or online, our stockists are independently owned and there may be slight variations from one store to the next. The only exception to this is if we run an online only promotion, which will be clearly stated. 

I have placed an order, can I pick it up from your offices? We do not currently offer a pick up service. Your order will be sent to the mailing address you select during the checkout process.

I have placed an order, can I modify or cancel this if it has not yet shipped? We will try to accommodate you the best that we can. For more information please go to our Delivery & Returns page. 

Can I lay-by my order? I'm sorry we do not offer layby at this time.

I need some more information on an item before I purchase it. Can I speak to someone about this? Yes, we have very helpful staff with a wealth of knowledge on all our products Contact Us by email and someone will reply asap. 

What is the best way to care for my new Merino purchased? It is very important to read the care instructions provided on any item to ensure you get the most out of the purchase you have made. Each product has its own care instruction label. For more information you can click through to our About Our Merino page. 

How do I care for my new Jill Main Jewellery? Our Jewellery is simple to care for! Just store your cherished piece in its box. Surfaces can be wiped if needed with a cloth and detergent. The earring hooks are sterling silver and can be polished using brasso, silver polish or with a jewellery cloth. Click through to About Our Jewellery for more information.

What are Jill Main New Zealand earring hooks made from? The earring hooks are sterling silver.

I have lost one earring, can you replace it? We're sorry to hear that, unfortunately our production is made in pairs and we cannot supply just one earring.
