Delivery Times

We endeavour to send out your order on the same day as we receive it. If we are out of an item we will email you with a time of when the item will be available.  If you have a cut-off date for your delivery please note this on your order. Please allow a few days from order to delivery – this is subject to weather and/or road conditions and is beyond our control. Our cut off time for dispatch is 3pm Monday to Friday. All NZ addressed parcels are tracked and sent via Fastway Couriers.  Orders purchased over a value of $100 will be sent freight free (New Zealand only).

Can Orders be tracked?

We can track New Zealand purchases and once your order is dispatched a tracking number will be sent to you.

Returns

If an item is faulty or damaged, we will happily replace it or issue a credit.   All damage claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of delivery. The product must not have been used or worn and it should still be with its original packaging.

Please be aware that manufacturing defects do not include normal fair wear and tear and any damages caused by accident.  We reserve the right to not offer an exchange or credit when an item is damaged as a result of misuse ie  item is not used as intended for purpose (nb. all our products are for the use of ladies only).

International Orders

We do have an international service, however this is not tracked and postage costs are for a small package only.  Larger packages freight costs are on a case by case basis and will be quoted before items are sent.  Delivery for overseas parcels can take between 6 to 15 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).   Please be aware that there may be time delays if your parcel is held at customs. Customs regulations vary from country to country and is beyond our control - please ensure you understand the terms of custom clearance in your country. 

Change of Mind

All products are purchased by the buyer on the basis of the price and description shown on our website.  If on receipt of our goods, you wish to change your mind,  contact us immediately to get an agreement on a right to exchange. The product must not have been used or worn and the original packaging must be undamaged. All return courier costs will be your responsibility and when checked by us on its return, we will complete the exchange transaction.
